Drawing controls and specifications Our engineering department keeps a close control over drawings, specifications and technical changes in accordance to the API procedure code. The procedure sheet shows all the details, calculations and specifications for material, welding procedures…etc.

					Control over material Our quality control department does make sure that all purchased material is in accordance with pertaining codes and order at hand. Control over manufactured products We make certain that sub-assemblies and assemblies are in accordance with requirements as per order at hand.

Our engineering department verifies all programmed operations and control points. Handling and storage of raw material and work in process are subject to precise standards in order to avoid damages or substitution during the manufacturing process.

If discrepancies or damage products are noted during the control process, we ask our customer to approve their replacement. However, all rejected parts are submitted to a quality control analysis and the best correcting measures are figured out by a special committee. All welding procedures and required competence assessment is made in accordance with ASME standards. Each and every welding job is done by qualified welders and as per required procedures.
Our working and safety standards allow us to prevent from damages and reduce the risk for industrial accidents. Our working procedures are in accordance with the requirements as per local safety rules and regulations. (CSST)
